Privacy information

NFA collects only what we need to run the academy safely: the guardian's name and WhatsApp number (the guardian is the emergency contact), each child's name and date of birth, and any health or safety notes you choose to share.

Health notes and payment screenshots are private: only your family and academy staff can see them. We only ask for an ID if needed to confirm a local fee rate, and we never decide this from names, birthplace or appearance. Photos of children are only published with your consent.
